Why mysa exists

It started with a candle that gave us a headache.

Mysa.Home began with a simple frustration. Every time we picked up a candle or room spray, we saw the same ingredient on the label: "fragrance." No explanation, no transparency, and no way of knowing what was actually creating the scent in our homes.

We wanted something different. Products made with ingredients we could recognise, understand, and feel comfortable using everyday. So we started making them ourselves, using pure essential oils, natural waxes, and thoughtfully chosen ingredients.

What began as a search for cleaner, more transparent home fragrance became Mysa.Home. We started with sprays and candles, but our mission goes beyond that, building products for the home that are thoughtfully made, openly formulated, and designed to bring comfort without compromise.

And we're just getting started.



Care guide

How to look after your products.

A little care keeps your candles burning cleanly and your sprays smelling their best for as long as possible. Here's everything you need to know.

Your candles

Burning them well

01

Trim before every burn. Our candles use 100% cotton wicks. Trim to approximately 5mm, removing any blackened tip or mushroom buildup. Clear away any wick trimmings before lighting.

On the first burn, let the wax melt fully across the top, around 2 hours, to prevent tunnelling.

Burn for no longer than 4 hours at a time, and let the wax cool before relighting.

Stop using once about 1cm of wax remains to protect the surface beneath.

Caring for your cotton wick

Regular trimming helps minimise soot and maintain a steady, even flame. Keep your candle away from draughts.

If you notice black smoke or an unusually large, flickering flame, the wick may need trimming. Extinguish the candle, allow it to cool completely, then trim before relighting.

Directions

Shake well before use. Spray around the room as desired. Avoid direct contact with eyes, and keep out of reach of children and pets.

Safety & storage

Store in a cool, dark place, away from heat, sparks and open flames. For external use only. Best used within 6 months of opening.

How long do the candles burn for?

Each 130g candle gives around 25 to 30 hours of burn time. Trimming the wick to 5mm before each light helps it burn evenly and last longer.

Are your products natural?

Yes. Our candles are 100% pure beeswax and our sprays use a plant based base, both scented only with real essential oils. No paraffin, no synthetic fragrance and no unnecessary additives.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are hand packed and usually posted within 2 to 3 working days. UK shipping is free on orders over £40.

Do they make good gifts?

Absolutely. Every order is wrapped in printed tissue with dried flowers and a thank you seal, then tucked into a ribbon tied box, ready to give straight away.
